As part of a special collaboration that started at London Craft Week 2018, our full product range is now on display at Temper restaurant in Soho. You can drop in any time the restaurant is open to take a look, but we also offer private viewings by appointment. Please note that unless you book an appointment you will still need to place any orders online.

Food waste is a massive issue. At Temper we try to use everything on the animal. The fats get used for bread and sauces, the bones for stock and the difficult cuts get minced. To see the skins being turned into leather products is fucking great.
