Bespoke Leather Goods

Exceptional bespoke leather goods with a service to match

Making the most of our in-house design expertise, talented British workshops and, of course, our exceptional goat and deer leather, Billy Tannery offers high-end bespoke services for trade customers. From customised versions of our existing range of leather goods for retailers or corporate gifting to entirely bespoke products, we bring a fresh approach to an area that is so often old-fashioned and hard to navigate.

We also specialise in bespoke leather menus and leather goods for restaurants, hotels and other hospitality clients. From leather menu covers to leather aprons and coasters, we create products that tell the whole story from nose to tail.

Please note that we do not offer white-label manufacturing.

Hospitality

Kol

From the mind of ex-Noma Mexico chef Santiago Lastra, KOL promises Mexican soul with British ingredients. When Santiago got in touch asking if we could recreate a traditional tortilla warmer in our leather, we jumped at this exciting totally bespoke project.

Retail

The Fife Arms

Located in the historic Scottish village of Braemar, The Fife Arms is a Victorian coaching inn transformed into a boutique 5-start hotel.

We created bespoke versions of our Ziptop Backpack and Journal in Parkland deer leather and the Fife Arms tartan. Both are available as part of the hotel's exceptional retail offering.

Hospitality

Silo

Having pioneered a zero-waste philopsophy in its original Brighton site, Silo approached us ahead of their relocation to London. The restaurant famously doesn't have a rubbish bin and founder Douglas McMaster also had a vision for staff aprons that didn't need to be washed, saving on water and energy. Our goat leather, hard-wearing and created from a waste stream, fit the bill perfectly and our brief included a slight adjustment to the shape of our classic apron and the removal of the tea towel strap (there are no tea towels at Silo).

The attention to detail at the new Silo site in Hackney Wick is mind-blowing. Before you even get to the food and drink you're greeted by materials such as mycelium furniture and upcycled plastic counters from Smile Plastics. Go now.

Personal

David's Case

We were contacted by a customer in Chicago who was inspired by Cecil's Case, a bespoke briefcase created for London Craft Week in 2018 that was recently featured by FT How To Spend It.

Made in London from our Forest green goat leather, this very special briefcase was a response to a host of specific requirements. These included pockets for two iPhones, an interior iPad pocket, a detachable shoulder strap and much more.

Please note: we are currently not able to offer small one-off items.
