UK shipping is free over £150 and always tracked. In stock orders placed on weekdays before 1pm will usually be dispatched the same day. International orders over £250 also include free shipping.
UK returns are free of charge via Collect+, so if you change your mind or are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days. International returns will incur a cost. Please note that our returns policy does not include made-to-order or customised products, which cannot be returned unless faulty.

Maker's Notes
Since our first project making menus for the restaurant at luxury hotel Thyme in the Cotswolds back in 2018, hospitality has become a major part of the Billy Tannery story. Our leather menus, branded placemats and coasters can be found in The Ledbury, Peninsula London, Fortnum & Mason and many others.
We thought it was time to make some of these items available for your home table. New for winter 2023, our luxury tableware range includes coasters and placemats. All handmade from our entirely British goat and deer leather in our Midlands workshop.
