Our goat and deer leather is a sustainable solution to waste. The food industry results in thousands of leftover skins that often end up in landfill. But here at Billy Tannery, we work with meat suppliers and restaurants to turn them into beautiful, full-grain leather. A eco-conscious alternative to producing more material for making bags and accessories.

Our leather takes many forms. From footwear to hats, briefcases to journals, each of our products celebrate the unique grain of our handmade leather. With natural markings and individual variations, no two items are the same. Completely unique to you.
