In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning: "The Company" means Billy Tannery Limited. "Customer" means the customer of the company that has purchased via Virgin Red. "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by The Company to the Customer. "Writing" includes emails. When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes emails.
We are Billy Tannery Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 10653455 and our registered office is at Castle House, Castle Street, Guildford, England, GU1 3UW. Our VAT number is GB 264256107.

If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.
Items ordered that are in stock will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. Billy Tannery holds limited stock and occasionally there may be a short wait for out of stock items to be manufactured. We will endeavour to inform you of this at the point of purchase and also supply a delivery estimate.
Products may vary slightly from the pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may also vary slightly from those images due to natural variation in the leather itself. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website.
In the UK, delivery is free and we use a Royal Mail 48hr service. We will send you an email with tracking details when your order has been dispatched.
Billy Tannery has a 30 day return period from the date the item is received by the customer. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply contact us and we will give further instructions. For orders placed via Virgin Red the customer must cover return shipping costs, unless the return is for a reason described in the Claims & Complaints section.
Only after the returned items have been received and approved by Billy Tannery as being in their original packaging and condition will the amount of the purchase price be refunded to the customer.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Customers have 30 days to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, for a full refund. Complaints regarding defects or faults discovered during normal examination of the product must be communicated in writing to Billy Tannery within this 30 day period. Afterwards items may be returned for one of the following: repair, exchange, or if agreed, reimbursement. The right to complaint does not cover defects, damages or wear and tear, resulting directly or indirectly from wrongful use, bad maintenance, violence or unauthorised operations.
If the Customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered or are defective, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, Billy Tannery shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value. In no circumstances shall the liability of Billy Tannery to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.
