In the UK we offer a standard 48 hour Royal Mail service but if you are in a hurry choose the express upgrade option with DHL Parcel. For international orders you have a choice of Royal Mail or DHL Express.

In all cases we advise ordering well before these dates to avoid any last minute stress. No one wants that at Christmas.

RETURNS

For the Christmas period we are extending our standard 30 day return policy. All products purchased from Billy Tannery have until the 31st of January 2026 to be registered for return by the Customer.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and it remains in an unused condition, simply contact us and we will organise a return the goods. Within the UK returns are free of charge, but international returns are at the customer's cost. Only after the returned items have been received and approved by Billy Tannery as being in their original packaging and condition will the amount of the purchase price be refunded to the Customer, excluding any shipping costs.
