UK shipping is free over £150 and always tracked. In stock orders placed on weekdays before 1pm will usually be dispatched the same day. International orders over £250 also include free shipping.
UK returns are free of charge via Collect+, so if you change your mind or are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days. International returns will incur a cost. Please note that our returns policy does not include made-to-order or customised products, which cannot be returned unless faulty.

Maker's notes
We began with our Billy Totes and Backpacks. But we have always wanted to offer something bigger too. A bag to take on those longer trips, for when you need a bit of extra room. After some time in development the Billy Holdall is here.
Our design philosophy is always to show off the natural characteristics of our leather. The large panels on the Holdall allow this wonderful material to be front and centre.
Deer leather is soft, light and durable. Which means this bag is extremely spacious, can travel anywhere and unlike a traditional cowhide holdall, it won't leave you cursing as you carry it from train to car and back again.
When we thought about the internal design we wanted compartments to keep important things separate and safe. Without your phone or an odd sock disappearing into endless nooks and crannies. With that in mind, there is a clip for your keys, an internal pocket for valuables and one internal slip pouch. The tough YKK brass zip keeps things secure, accented by the Billy green tape.
All metal fittings are made from hard-wearing brass that, like the leather, will develop a unique patina over time.
We only make our bags in small batches, meaning each one is unique. Quality and attention to detail are guaranteed.
